For select brand, event or creative projects, The Samiti offers bespoke consultancy & concierge support independent of residency connecting you with leading artisans, venues & talent.
When the Ryans left London for a six-month stay in the Pink City with two young children, they required a full-service from The Samiti. The family sought a well-located, modern apartment with outdoor space and a home office for remote working with London clients. A pre-school was high on the agenda, plus day-to-day help on the who-what-where of the city.
The Samiti worked before and during their visit to meet their every need. They now return regularly to the city.
Pricing at The Samiti depends on the services you use.
Samiti One accommodation - During high season, Samiti One is available at ₹43,750 per night plus taxes, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For longer stays, the maximum monthly charge is ₹328,000 plus taxes.
Concierge and additional services - Beyond accommodation, The Samiti operates on a commission based model, with fees calculated as a percentage of the total service cost. Pricing is fully transparent, with no hidden fees.
Stays at The Samiti have a three night minimum requirement.
For longer stays, we review residency after three months and confirm any extension based on availability and alignment.
The Property Network may be more flexible depending on the owner.
The Samiti operates within the Greenwich Time and India Standard Time Zones, adhering to typical working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Rest assured, we strive to promptly address all initial inquiries within one working day, ensuring a timely and efficient response to your needs.

Yes. The Samiti is first and foremost a premium accommodation and long stay rental, welcoming individuals, teams and companies staying at Samiti One.
Alongside accommodation, we provide a thoughtful concierge service to support residents during their stay, from local connections to practical arrangements.
For specific, specialist projects, we can also offer standalone consultancy support without a stay at Samiti One. This work is scoped separately and charged as a consultancy fee.
The Samiti portfolio includes properties that are directly managed, designed or operated by The Samiti team. Offering a consistent standard of design, service and experience. These are known as Samiti Residences. Samiti One is the first.
Our property network extends this offering to include select homes and apartments owned by trusted local partners. Each has been carefully reviewed to meet The Samiti’s quality and service standards, giving you greater choice while maintaining the assurance of a Samiti-approved stay.
Some of these properties may be open to shorter-term rental agreements, but this is dependent on the property owner.
Special projects are bespoke collaborations that sit outside our property rental services. They may come from brands, organisations or individuals seeking to activate marketing campaigns, host events, or build their presence and connections in Jaipur.
Each project is reviewed case by case by The Samiti’s founders and must align with our values, creative vision and community ethos. Considerations include the clarity of the brief, cultural fit, and available budget.
