How much does The Samiti cost?
Pricing at The Samiti depends on the services you use.
Samiti One accommodation - During high season, Samiti One is available at ₹43,750 per night plus taxes, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For longer stays, the maximum monthly charge is ₹328,000 plus taxes.
Concierge and additional services - Beyond accommodation, The Samiti operates on a commission based model, with fees calculated as a percentage of the total service cost. Pricing is fully transparent, with no hidden fees.
Is transferring money to The Samiti safe?
Absolutely, your financial security is paramount to us. That's why we exclusively utilise Wise, a reputable payment platform regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), ensuring your transactions with The Samiti are conducted with the highest level of safety and compliance.
What are the working hours of The Samiti?
The Samiti operates within the Greenwich Time and India Standard Time Zones, adhering to typical working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Rest assured, we strive to promptly address all initial inquiries within one working day, ensuring a timely and efficient response to your needs.
How can I communicate with The Samiti?

Can The Samiti support companies as well as individuals?
Yes. The Samiti is first and foremost a premium accommodation and long stay rental, welcoming individuals, teams and companies staying at Samiti One.
Alongside accommodation, we provide a thoughtful concierge service to support residents during their stay, from local connections to practical arrangements.
For specific, specialist projects, we can also offer standalone consultancy support without a stay at Samiti One. This work is scoped separately and charged as a consultancy fee.
What services does The Samiti offer?
The Samiti is centred around premium accommodation and long stay living in Jaipur, designed for individuals, families and companies seeking a more considered way to be in the city.
Living and rental
Our core offering is accommodation. This includes Samiti One and a small number of select private residences, each chosen for quality, location and character. Homes are offered as whole apartment or whole residence rentals, designed for longer stays.
Concierge support for residents
Alongside accommodation, we provide thoughtful concierge support to help residents settle in and live comfortably in Jaipur. This includes household staff such as drivers, chefs and cleaners, schooling and tutors, wellness services, healthcare introductions and trusted local providers for day to day needs.
Network and local access
For residents working in or with Jaipur, we offer access to a deep local network across real estate, textiles, marketing and creative industries. We make considered introductions to suppliers, partners and service providers, focusing on relevance, quality and long term value.
Experiences and cultural access
We curate cultural and travel experiences across Jaipur and Rajasthan through trusted guides, drivers and local experts, as well as private access to hotels, ateliers and brands that define the region.
Special projects and consultancy
In select cases, we also support bespoke projects. These are scoped separately and delivered as consultancy engagements.
Can you support me with planning holidays?
Yes. The Samiti can support residents with holiday planning by introducing you to a trusted network of local partners, including travel planners, guides, drivers and hospitality teams across Jaipur and Rajasthan.
We work with people we know and trust, ensuring quality and reliability rather than trying to manage every detail ourselves.
Please note that October to March is peak season in Rajasthan, and availability can be limited. We recommend sharing plans as early as possible so we can make the most appropriate introductions and help set expectations.
Can you support me with planning special events like parties and weddings?
For special events and celebrations, The Samiti can provide support by introducing you to trusted external partners who specialise in event planning and delivery in Jaipur and Rajasthan.
This type of request is treated as a special project and scoped separately.
Please note that Samiti One cannot accommodate weddings or large scale events. Any event planning support is provided independently of accommodation and delivered through external partners.
Can The Samiti assist with specific requests or customised services?
Absolutely. We support residents with tailored services during their stay, and in select cases undertake bespoke projects, scoped and delivered separately.
Is there a minimum or maximum duration for engagements with The Samiti?
Yes. The minimum stay is three nights.
For residents staying longer, we review stays after three months, with any extension beyond this point subject to fit and availability.
Does The Samiti offer packages or subscriptions for recurring assistance?
At The Samiti, our commission is seamlessly integrated into the total cost of the services we provide to you, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees. Should the cost of a particular service change, such as an increase in rental fees for an apartment, our commission percentage remains fixed, but our fee adjusts accordingly based on the updated rental price.
What is the typical turnaround time for requests submitted to The Samiti?
At The Samiti, we strive to provide timely responses to all enquiries, typically within one working day, often even quicker, especially for initial conversations via WhatsApp. The complexity and scope of the request may affect the turnaround time, with simpler requests being addressed more swiftly. Rest assured, our team endeavours to agree upon timelines upfront to ensure visibility and peace of mind regarding when responses can be expected.
How does billing work for services provided by The Samiti?
To confirm a booking, we request a 50% non refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before arrival. All payments are handled via Wise.
Additional services, where applicable, are billed separately.
Does The Samiti offer support for emergency or last-minute requests?
While The Samiti does not function as an emergency service, we do have access to some of the finest private medical services, doctors, paediatricians, and therapists in the city. In the event of a serious emergency requiring immediate attention, we recommend contacting emergency services at 112.
For last-minute non-emergency requests, we strive to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible. However, please note that the availability of individuals and services may vary. If your request cannot be accommodated at the specific time, we will work diligently to make alternative arrangements for you.
Are there any restrictions or limitations on the types of requests The Samiti can fulfil?
While we endeavour to fulfil a wide range of requests, it's important to note that The Samiti operates within the bounds of Indian state law. As such, we are unable to accommodate any requests that contravene local regulations or legal requirements. Additionally, please be aware that we are not an emergency service.
How does The Samiti prioritise requests from clients with overlapping needs or urgent timelines?
At The Samiti, we prioritise requests on a first come, first served basis. We are committed to treating all our members equally and fairly, ensuring that each request receives prompt attention and dedicated assistance.
